Objective
A client of 6 years, having used SMS only for appointment confirmations or thank-yous after a vehicle leaves the shop, Dugast wishes to improve customer loyalty, and to anticipate its customers needs by combining SMS campaigns with workshop planning.
Solution
The "Customer Reminders" feature In Digitaleo's Texteo application allows to schedule SMS reminders in advance. SMS messages will then be automatically sent to the customer based on findings from their vehicle's last visit to the shop. For example, an SMS will go out automatically to suggest a tire change, check-up, etc. Texteo calculates the precise date based on mileage.
